PlanLayer is operated by Danny Gi.

PlanLayer reads native Wix Pricing Plans through Wix APIs. Native plan data remains managed by Wix. PlanLayer stores only its own presentation settings for each site and plan, such as visibility, price display mode, CTA, button text and widget layout.

When Request Quote is enabled, PlanLayer may store visitor name, email, message, requested plan ID and plan name, submission timestamp, and operational status (read, starred, archived and workflow status).

Data is used only to provide plan presentation, configuration and quote-request features. PlanLayer does not sell personal data and does not intentionally collect advertising or marketing analytics. Configuration and quote requests are stored in the app’s Wix data collections and may be processed through Wix infrastructure.

Data is retained while needed for the service and until deletion is requested. Contact us for access, correction or deletion. EU/EEA users may also have GDPR rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable.
