PlanLayer is operated by Danny Gi. PlanLayer helps Wix site owners present native Wix Pricing Plans, configure their visibility and calls to action, and receive quote requests from visitors.
Wix dependency
Wix Pricing Plans remain the source of truth for plan names, prices, billing, duration, availability and checkout. PlanLayer depends on Wix APIs, permissions and platform availability.
Free and Pro plans
PlanLayer may offer Free and Pro tiers. Pro subscriptions, billing and purchase transactions are handled through Wix App Billing and Wix Checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PlanLayer lawfully and not to misuse the service, Wix APIs, or other users’ data. You remain responsible for your Wix site, pricing plans, content and communications with your customers.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service functionality may be affected by Wix changes, API limitations, permissions, maintenance or outages.
Changes and termination
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of PlanLayer when reasonably necessary. Access may be limited or terminated in cases of misuse, security concerns or violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
PlanLayer software, interface and branding belong to Danny Gi or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own site content, pricing-plan content and customer data.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Danny Gi is not responsible for indirect losses or issues caused by Wix, third-party services, inaccurate merchant configuration, or the use of customer-provided content.
